Sale of the Boleyn Ground

Sorry, not sure if this has been done before. But the sale of the Boleyn is on the Land registry at £40m

Have the dildo's said much about this? They seem to harp on happily about costs, FFP etc.

I'm not sure they said or needed to say anything since the deal was agree a couple of years ago or more?
